Mobile Financial Service (MFS), Internet Banking, and Debit/Credit Card Transactions:

You confirm that the Mobile Financial Service (MFS) details provided by you for accessing services on this site are accurate. You also agree to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details when making payments on this website. We do not store any information related to your debit/credit card or internet banking. If we do not receive authorization from the respective bank or if the transaction is interrupted for any reason, the transaction will be considered failed, and no order will be processed. In such cases, if any amount has been deducted from your account, it will be credited back. We are not liable for any card fraud that may occur. The responsibility for any fraudulent card use lies with you, and the burden of proving otherwise rests solely on you.

 Fraudulent/Declined Transactions:

The site's payment partners, including payment gateways, facilitators, and banks, along with its fraud detection team, constantly monitor accounts to prevent fraudulent activities and transactions. P2A reserves the right to take legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent use of the website or any other unlawful acts that violate the terms and conditions. P2A is not liable for any refunds in such cases.

This includes refraining from sharing any personal information with third parties and avoiding the sharing, display, transmission, or portrayal of abusive content. Each student is permitted to join Google Meet sessions using a single, unique Google account. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the learning experience and prevent any misuse or disruption. Students are not allowed to join a session more than once using the same or a similar account. Violations of these conditions may result in actions taken against the user by P2A and any affected third parties for infringement of intellectual property rights.

Furthermore, you confirm that you will not use the Website for the following purposes:

- Disseminating unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or objectionable material.

- Transmitting material that encourages criminal activity, civil liability, or breaches relevant laws, regulations, or codes of practice.

- In the event of any dispute or difference in interpretation or otherwise regarding any terms of these Terms of Use, it will be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by P2A. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on you. The arbitration will be conducted in English language and held in Dhaka, following the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2001, as amended from time to time.

- P2A may modify the Terms of its Website at any time without prior notification to the user. If you wish to terminate your account due to modifications to the Terms or the Privacy Policy, you may do so by contacting us. However, if you continue to use the service, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by the modified Terms of this Website.

Course Validity:

The course access will be valid until the examination date of the respective course. E.g., if you get enrolled in 46th BCS Preli Program your access will be valid until 46 BCS Preliminary date. You will lose access after the respective examination date.
